My journey into this gentle yet profound healing modality is driven by a deep passion for supporting the body's innate capacity for self-healing

Craniosacral therapy works with the subtle rhythms of the cerebrospinal fluid and the membranes that surround the brain and spinal cord. Through gentle touch and deep listening, I help facilitate your body's natural healing processes, supporting both physical and emotional wellbeing. With a gentle, attentive, and spacious presence— I aim to create a reliable, calm container where your system can feel safe enough to soften, reorganize, and heal. My style is unhurried and respectful: clear boundaries, quiet listening, and a steady attunement that invites trust from the first moment of contact

I work with clients across all life stages - from new-borns experiencing birth trauma to elderly individuals seeking relief from chronic conditions. Each session is uniquely tailored to honour where you are in your healing journey.

My Approach: I believe in the profound intelligence of the body and its innate capacity for healing. With the extensive training in anatomy and physiology and skills in deep perception as part of my toolbox, my role is to provide a safe, supportive space where your system can naturally reorganize and restore balance. Each session is a collaborative journey of discovery and healing. My formation is rooted in the teaching of Michael Kern, a pioneer in this field and founder of CTET (est. 1989), working within a lineage shaped by Franklyn Sills and the broader biodynamic tradition.

As Sills succinctly puts it,

“Clinical work in its presence is about stillness, resonance and co-operation.”

That ethos—humility, deep listening, and cooperation with the body’s inherent health—guides every session I offer.
